Our Process

01 Client Request

The process begins when the client provides us with the position details, including the job description and salary range, via email.

02 Sourcing and Initial Screening

We collaborate with our partner agencies to source a batch of candidates. Our team conducts initial interviews to assess each candidate’s qualifications and suitable for the role.

03 Candidate Selection

Following the initial screening, we present the most qualified candidates to the client. We ensure that these profiles are thoroughly vetted and aligned with the client’s needs.

04 Client Interview

Once the client reviews the profiles, we schedule second interviews between the client and the shortlisted candidates. The client then makes their final selection.

05 Visa Process and Continues Updates

After the client selects a candidate, Abaad manages the visa process. We keep the client informed with continuous emails updates, providing regular status reports on each employee until they are fully onboarded.
